I found that you need to make sure the FQDN is in the ALL. reg and temp\corename.txt.
I also added this to the ALL.reg.
[HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TCPIP\Parameters]
"SearchList" =”FQDN”
