Mobile Self Service internal server error

I am running LDSD 7.6.2 and have setup an instance of Mobile self service.  I am able to get the the self service page and attempt to authenticate via Token using the secure token server but receive an error 500 message.  When navigating directly to the STS page I receive an IIS error:

Could not find a base address that matches scheme http for the endpoint with binding WebHttpBinding. Registered base address schemes are [https].

All of the SD sites are set to connect using SSL so I'm not sure where the error is coming from referencing http.
