One of our analysts has requested the ability to filter on a dashboard column(s). They would like to be able to filter on raise user, status, current assigned analyst, and/or current assigned group. For example, if they clicked the status column they would have the option to filter and then they can choose a particular status and it will only show tickets in that status. They could then further filter by the other columns or remove the filter. I understand that we could create a query to accomplish this but they want to do it from the columns and not have additional queries. Has anyone done this before or is it something that is not currently possible and I need to put in an enhancement request?
