Hi Dylan,
No, that doesn't look correct. It looks like some placeholders were left in your link code (i.e., "<Server>" and "<WebAccess>"), check in either your E-mail (Administration/Mail/Inbound E-mail/Action Settings) settings or in a Reminder within the workflow and replace them. It should look something like this:
<a href="http://(type your server name here)/(type the name of your WebAccess application)/ss/object/open.rails?class_name={Class/Module/Name}.{Class/Name}&key={Guid}" target="_blank">access your Incident in Service Desk by clicking here</a>
Note:
- The "name of your WebAccess application" is the name listed for your Web Access application, as seen in Configuration Centre.
- This link points to the SelfService portal for clients ("ss"). Your other option for notifications would be "wd" for the WebDesk portal, but only if emailing your Analysts.
Good luck,
-Brian
