An ER as both are behaving consistently within themselves but not between each other. In the past I've always thought that Console behaviour should be the definitive way LDSD should work, but LD see each presentation method as being separate and so each could make it's own decisions. For example Console requires you to change something on a window before the save button becomes available but webdesk does not. For me that is a bug (because it's inconsistent), but for LD that's an ER because each are behaving substantially in accordance with the manual.
I tend to prefer a consistent approach in the way any application set works, but that's just me being old and bad tempered
