Relatively new to Service Desk and wondering what people do for formatting text in Incident and Change details. I have HTML turned on and have the toolbar, however, I'm annoyed by not being able to make an embedded list, or indent within this field.

- make a list like this
- but can't seem to find
- an indent icon
- within my toolbar
Why can I do it within this discussion area, but not within my own service desk?
