Sorry I should have been clearer - ONLY put in 08, 05 and 04.  BUT what puzzles me is the original 16 hours and that is out of place if alpha ordering is being used.  What type of object is this?  If it is an ordered list you will need to reorder it.  Can you see if it is a reference or an ordered list.

Also if this is ta Response Level being pulled in from a response agreement, then you might also need to check the ordering of items in that Response Agreement
