Depends on the Reboot settings you choose and what version of LANDesk you are on.
If you choose "Reboot.." within Patch and Compliance a scheduled task will be created and you can add devices manually.
Note: the global setting "Never reboot" within the agent will override any attempts to reboot in these tasks.
