Do you have an inventory scan in the DB for the type of Lenovo PC running Win7 x64? If yes sometime the device ID has extra info at the end that is not listed in the drivers inf file so then it doesn't show the driver.
Try removing the &REV_0C from the device id and search again. If this works then you either need to modify the inf file or my preference if just assign the driver to the hardware.
