Activating Event Management - Can you guide what is requires to be done for the following SCOM is nearly set up, our project team are starting to fine tune the alerting threshholds. For all valid alerts, we want them to email directly into the Service desk and an Incident Ticket to be automatically raised.
Can you please guide me how to set this up in Landesk? using 7.7.1
