We are currently using LDSD 7.5.
In console, creating incidents and changes will correctly populate the raise user details (E.g. location, department tel number etc.) However, when creating the calls via WebDesk, the details are not showing for some reason. We are currently testing version 7.7.1 and this doesn't have the issues. Is this a bug that has been fixed in a later version, or has anyone else experienced the same problems?
