I'm on Avalanche MC version 5.0.
I'm using the Test Scan Gun, which has previously been connected to our Test Instance with Avalanche 5.3. I updated the Avalanche Server Address on the Connection Tab of the Avalanche Update Settings window back to our Production Server Address and then rebooted the device.
In the Mobile Device Inventory the device is not shown. The device is connected as the TelNet sessions are successful. I'm just not sure where it's connected, to the existing 5.0 Server or the Text 5.3 Server.
Help please.
