Thanks, i got it working now, when i checked the clients .ini file it was not showing the .txt extension, then i realised i had modified the wrong template file on our core server.
Amended the correct file, re-made available to clients, 2 x manual full sync scans, checked clients .ini file and there it was,
Rebuilt my query and the .txt file was listed this time (so did not need to type it in manually)
Ran my query and it showed me what i needed.
