Not certain if that is a "I have submitted a ticket..." or a "would you please submit a ticket". If it's the latter, I can't do that as I'm not part of that system any more - I was just letting you know what the process is. If it's the former, then that's fine - you'll also get confirmation that way when it's done (again, it's usually a pretty quick turnaround).
Patch content requests / additions don't require agent logs, and are fairly normal, so there shouldn't be any surprises there.
