What is command line install for linux agent 9.6

A new-be to LanDesk monitoring;  I got this collection of files from our LanDesk admin with the comment - see if you can make this work on our RedHat systems so we can monitor these -

Is there an FAQ for the new guys for how a command line argument might work? ... dependencies ... figuring out missing RPM(s).

Is 'provisioning' (referencing the above) different from monitoring a client ?
