The C:\Progam not found is definitely due to the fact that it stops to "Program" because there are no quotes for the path. It should be "C:\Program Files(x86)\folder\file.ext".
I never saw that message before. It looks like Softmon is checking a missing or deleted file which would explain why you have this message.
What I find odd is that I don't remember seeing this command before, and when I use it manually, it basically opens the file and certainly scans it.
What I think is that you perhaps have a script or a program that runs these files (23ff56c3.rbf, MSOSYNC.EXE, WINWORD.EXE), which are being scanned by Softmon. Because these files do not exist, it then shows you this error.
Suggestion:
You might wanna look at what happened before the forced reboot:
- Script
- GPOs
- Installation / Uninstall
Also, you would increase your chances of having a quick answer if you put enough details like: Which version are you using? What is the OS of your client? Why this Forced reboot happened? etc.
