There has to be a better way, but this is the way I do it at the moment. Improvements welcomed!
Write a query against User Interface/Dashboard and pull out Client Type, Title and Content. Find your dashboard from the title. The client type should be WebAccess. Make a note of any items that have &query= in them. This gives you the names of the queries in that dashboard, now we need the titles of the queries so you know can edit them.
Write a query against Metadata/Query Template and pull out name and title. Match up the name you find here with the entries you found above and this will get you the title of the query.
