As well as the actions you can see on the process diagram there can also be "optional" actions which are set on each status.
To check which optional actions are available at a status:
1. Select a status on the diagram:
2. Go to the Properties panel and click the "..." button on the "Optional Action Instances" property:
3. Click the action you want to remove from the "Selected Action Instances" list and press the "<" button:
