I just start on working in process and I'm a little bit lost. In my full incident process, I have an optional action instances "Add affectation". I modified the "add affectation" window, so the analyst can only choose a group. So far everything works well, but when they select the group and save it, it bring you back in the default incident window, and the status stay "in progress". I want the status to also change back to "awaiting aknowledgement" since it going back to a "pool". I tried few things but nothing works... it's probably really simple, if someone can tell me the best way to do it.
I have a list of Action in the business objects, but I can't modify them rather than just changing the action name and the localized titles.
I have nothing in my process since it's an optional action.
