I think he is having the same issue I am having. He is trying to prevent getting an error by removing the actions you see when right clicking a task item in a tab at the bottom of a Incident or SR. When you are looking at an Incident or SR, scroll to the bottom and look at the Task Tab, the tasks list fine. However, when you right click one, and select any action(besides Open or Open in New Window), you get an error:
