We have a complex list added on the Raise User attribute to display Title and Department so that we can easily distinguish duplicate names when entering a ticket for a client. We set the properties on User in System so that the Output Attributes have a template, and then we have chosen that template on the Raiser User properties on the window, and then set Complex List to True. It is working beautifully on the New Incident window. I would like to replicate this on the User attribute on our Reminder window. I have modified the properties for the user attributes on the reminder window but I'm not getting the same results, the complex list just isn't appearing. Does it have anything to do with the relationship of User on Reminder? Other suggestions?
