I will ask the admin person who set this up for us to check.

I am guessing my terminology of a template may not be correct [perhaps, in my world a template is justa  serieies of questions in the details section to be prepopulated and filled in).

Maybe it is the same thing in LANDesk, i dont know off hand but if so, then I will look for the suggested group field

 

If it is a suggested group option, that seems rather good. I will see how we get on
