Not able to launch Web form

We recently have installed DA on a clean 9.6 core server.  On initial install about a month ago, I was able to launch the web forms to have a look at them.

We are getting closer to rolling out our 9.6 core and after installing SP1, I no longer have the right click option to run now on the Barcode Web Form rules.

I've looked at IIS on the core and didn't see any sites that looked related to DA.  I am able to get to the remote web console on this core, so IIS does seem to be doing its job.  Managed Planet services are running.

I am new to DA and don't know where to go from here.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
