So my test shows that the console load time is slower than 9.5. One issue we discovered during beta and reported (this pertains to the user having issues with the loading..... on Scheduled tasks) is that this is related to Charts. So under Scheduled Task, Select the Charts Icon in the toolbar, remove Tasks by Components. this will cure the Loading..... slowness. Discovery seems slower also. Others may want to post there console logs.
