Just to confirm, exactly what does your calculation look like in the test you just did?
Is the result correct according to the Incident that you are selecting to test on?
If the calculation triggers and shows or hide the fields correctly when you save the Incident, that would mean that the "Calculate on change" hasn't been set on the dependency attribute.
What attribute are set as your dependency attribute on the calculation?
I know you just answered Jamie's question about this, but could you attach some screenshot showing us the calculation window so that we can see the dependencies and then the window in window manager showing us that it has been set?
