History of the Inventory Scan for the last few days or weeks

I want to know if there is a way to create a query that keep track the history of the Inventory Scan within the last few days, weeks, or months?  I'm currently trying to find out when was the Inventory Scan kicked off a couple days ago but it only show the currently run which is the same day I ran the query.
