Hi,
We are seeing the following error on a few users when trying to open the user window. It looks like all affected users are ones where the Service Desk have ticked "Link CI" to associate a CI with that user, and which is part of our processes.
Same window opens fine in Console. We have restarted IIS etc...
Any ideas how I can diagnose this further? We aren't seeing the same issue on our Dev system but I can't see any likely differences that may be causing this....
