MDM devices never synchronize to LDMS inventory

Enrolled devices in the MDM console never appear in the LDMS 9.6 SP1 console. Even if I launch a Inventory Sync from the Mobility Options in Mobility Discovery, nothing happens. Avalanche console opens correctly from the LDMS console and the core and LDAP integration test runs correctly from the Tools/System Settings menu in the Avalanche console.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue?
