You could always open a case with support, but I also have a few more questions or things to try;

1. What kind of devices do you have?

You could try to add the following reg key to increase the inventory sync interval;

Increasing the interval of inventory sync, modify the registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\LANDesk\Mobility]

Add a DWORD value: MobInvUp_Interval = 30

This example would cause the inventory syncs to occur every 30 minutes.

You could change it to something like 5 minutes.

Also, do your devices show up with the complete inventory information in AOD, or does the device say "unmanaged"?
