I have seen some similar issues on here which helped me a bit, but I have a new action within Problem Management called "Update Action". This should bring up a new Window that allows us to update the Problem and send out an automatic email.
I saw someone else had this issue and the advice was to deactivate the process, go into the associated status, go to properties, and "Optional Action Instances" and select your action. But it does not show up int he list for me. Any idea why that would be? We created other actions that are showing up.
