Error when running reports in WebAccess with Integrated Login

Hi,

I can execute Crystal Reports in WebAccess with no problem when using Explict authentication. When I change to Integrated logon, the same report (CallManagement.Call.rpt located in C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk\ServiceDesk.WebAccess\Reports) generate an error:
