Some Collection Attributes only show Serial Number on Query Tab

I've managed to fumble thru much of what I need to clear up many of the collections on the various process windows now that our consultant is gone.

* Some are queries - very simple and was easy to figure out.

* Others seem to have a Query by the same name as the Attribute: I'm looking at Query Designer - and when I order by Module/Business Object I can then find queries that seem to map to an "Collection Attribute" that has been placed on the Window (Examples Request Management/Task Requests/Tasks - when I change this query the window collection is modified).

* However - I get to a point where I have collections (Collection Attributes dropped onto the Window) that don't have a query already in the object container. For example the "Closures" attribute. Now - I did just create a query in the right structure I believe (Query in Request Management/Closure - and the query is named the same as the attribute "Closures").

However - I still get the same result on the Window - the collection is simply the Serial Number.

I'm sure that I am either missing something simple - or that perhaps I can't modify certain collections (I hope not).. Does anybody see what I'm missing?

Thanks,

Terry
