Service Desk 7.8, Incident module
We have an action, Ready for Pickup, that I want to associate with the Resolution window so that a Resolution is created for the incident. When I go to Incident Management\Incident, right-click on Resolutions, Manage Actions, the option to Add an action is greyed out.
