We were looking to implement vPro but found the same issue. With over 15,000 machines deployed, this was our only option. So, after purchasing a certificate from GoDaddy (NOT cheap) as recommended by LANDesk, and installing LDMS 9.5 SP2, the problem still persists.
So, as it turns out, this a know problem and does not appear that it will be fixed in the near future. Unless of course, LANDesk has enough complaints about it.
My suggestion to getting issues addressed is to open a ticket so they can track it and base priority on the number of calls that they receive about an issue.
