Adding a custom crystal report to LANDesk console

Hello,

I have created a custom crystal report. I've added the CR to the same file directory that we have several other CRs at: C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\LANDesk Reports\TPReports\<custom CR folders>

I put the CR in one of the folder with other custom created crystal reports. Open LANDesk to add a shortcut to the newly created Crystal Report, go through the steps to finally add the new CR and it's not in the list. I have verified it's in the folder, I am able to open it via UNC path to my local machine but LANDesk does not see that it exists.

What am I missing?
