Re: No search result found in Self Service. It is not knowledge, background searching.

I think the way Self Service searching is designed is that it will ONLY search the knowledge base items (Articles and Documents) that are made available.  From what I understand, End Users within Self Service can not search existing ticket data from the search bar field.  Only an Analyst within WebDesk has the capability to search knowledgable data outside your typical Knowledge Article or Document.
