DTS - Lenovo Warranty rule

I am working on getting the rules for Lenovo Warranty to work in DA. I'm confident I've configured the rule correctly, however when I run the rule, im getting the following output:

It appears to be communicating with Lenovo and retrieving some data from their site. The service says its adding some and could not add others.

When I have a look at the inventory for the devices that data has been "added" there is no addational data, no warranties option in the inventory.

1. Where is the added data/how do I get it to appear in the inventory?
2. Why couldn't the service add values to other devices?
3. Are there error logs I can view to understand what is happening and what the issue is?
