Do you have an Enterprise relationship (Business Account) with GoDaddy? They will not issue a vPro Cert (and those are very unique certs) without an existing relationship. Make certain to read their, "vPro Cert Request" document and the one that is on this community concerning the generation of a cert. If it is done wrong, or you get the wrong cert it will simply not work and provide zero information as to why.
