New to Service Desk (less than 6 months). I am building a form for our help desk that will keep track of their computer builds. They want to be able to use a checklist type format to track progress. I am not sure the best place to start building this form or the best way to do so.
Below is an example of what they want/need, the tasks do not necessarily need to be in a strict order. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
