Due to security reasons, ignoring compatibility - this would not be advised. As for resources, terminal services and LANDesk both require fairly high amounts of burst resources and would be competing against each other. This would definitely degrade the service of both products. It is highly advisable for both terminal services and LANDesk to be running on separate dedicated servers.
