Hello Banjo,

 

Support had us Max out Services.Path and change CmdLine to the size you specified with no apparent benefit.  We weren't seeing anything in the event logs besides a whole bunch of out of sync scans forcing full scans.  We have the core setup so that it will send us an email for that error you are talking about if the data is too big for the schema.

 

This is no longer an issue for us and has remained stable since about 7 days post upgrade.
