We already have a case open with LANDesk Support. There is supposed to be a fix that will be rolled out with the next LDDA updates but will require LDDS 9.5.3 to receive. Getting locked out by Lenovo happened to us twice, we set the rule "inactive" and switched to a scheduled run for only Lenovo devices missing warranty data, that seemed to get us past Lenovo locking us out because of the number of hits .... then this captcha stuff broke everything.
