Unable to edit any process actions in LDSD 7.7.1 for all modules.

Issue:  Editing any processes in Process designer and adding text or other fields that will update existing actions will throw the following error on save:

Error:

Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘lc_action_guid’, table ‘PSOOTB_DEV.dbo.lc_action_value’;

Column does not allow nulls. Update fails. The statement has been terminated.

Adding new items or deleting existing items works fine but until this is fixed, we will not be able to edit existing reminders, assignments, etc…

I have duplicated this issue in the LDSD 7.7.1 out of box database and opened case with LANDesk support.  Was hoping someone out there found a solution for this.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Install LDSD 7.7.1 and use the LD ENU LDSD 7.7.1 out of box database.
2. Run MDM to upgrade.
3. Log into console
4. Apply 771 license.
5. Go to Process designer and open the Incident Management | Incident process named “Full Incident”.
6. Open an existing assignment or reminder and add some text into the title or description field.
7. Save the process.
8. This error shows up and does not save the process:

Cannot insert the value NULL into column ‘lc_action_guid’, table ‘PSOOTB_DEV.dbo.lc_action_value’; Column does not allow nulls. Update fails. The statement has been terminated.

I'm able to see INSERTS and DELETES work properly to the lc_action_value table, but UPDATES to existing actions fail.
