We did not go with the HP 820 or 840 laptop but we had this same issue with newer Dell laptops in the company. Just so you know, going in the PXE Configuration Utility and disabling Multicast did not work. The laptops would still hang. What did work was changing the Multicast registry option to 0. This was leaving the Multicast option still enabled in the PXE Configuration Utility. I would say the registry change is all that is needed. I wonder if LANDesk will ever fix this issue. Perhaps it is fixed with SP2. I don't know. If it is, we need to know ahead of time so we can change the registry option back to 1 before the update.
