All, I did install the update that was stated above by Dave. After I had some time to finally do some digging after I thought it broke OS deployment, turns out the scheduler service crashed out and had to be restarted, so OS deployment started working again. Also I got software distribution to go through after installing this update. I also think permissions had something to do with it on my side. I have all of my installs hosted on a DFS share and moved them to the landesk HTTP share and software is installing via the OS template now. Thank you all for you suggestions, but I think Dave get's the points on this one :-)
