Description not showing on new Service Items

Hi All

We have been using self service and Service Catlog for a month now and as with anything new items have been missed. So we have added new Service Items into our catlog and published to relevant groups etc..But now when an end user goes into the portal and looks at the catlog the Item appears but no description is pulled through (see attachment).

We are currently using SD7.6

Any ideas??
