After installing Service Desk 7.7.1, there is now a "Landesk Software ServiceDesk STS" certificate that is bound to https: port 443. When I access our portal (using https:), https://servername/ServiceDesk.WebAccess, or our Mobile Self Service, https://servername/ServiceDesk.SelfService, I receive an error in Internet Explorer that "There is a problem with this website's security certificate". Basically in IE or Google Chrome, it states that the security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority or it was issued for a different website's address. I need to go live next week; however, I cannot have this error presented when anyone accesses our implementation. Does anyone else have this issue? I need a quick resolution.
