'Write Once' won't allow writes to a checkbox after window is saved

Hi community,

I am trying to design attributes on a window that can be written to once, regardless of whether it's the first time that window is being opened, or if it's being opened after the ticket has been saved.

So far, 'Write Once' seems to think that I want one opportunity to write to the form, when in fact, I literally want to be able to write to the field.. once. At any point in time.

Can someone help me with this?
