I know that OOTB filter "By Configuration Item Filter" does the work, but reasons to think for this alternative are :
1 - OOTB solution will impact performance and user don' get immediately results from collection ( need 3 or 5 seconds)
2- as a design it is not really practical to scroll down the whole ticket form
3- collection is showing after saving incident (not in creation form (New)), however CI hyperlink ( in Incident Form) is accessible even we have not yet create ticket
( practical to get an historic of opened incidents on selected CI before creating a new ticket !)
Have you an idea why my proposition is not working : what i miss ?
