Interesting, did not know about the balloon tips and those messages. I think you guys may need to update your help since I could not locate anything related to that functionality. This is good to know, however my concern is that the default notification time for balloon help is somewhat short. It can be controlled in Windows 7 in CP up to 5 minutes, or hacked in the registry.
